Refund and Returns Policy

At Al-Sheefa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perfumes and hygiene products cannot be returned once unsealed.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

2. Replacements

  • Free replacement is available for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
  • Report the issue with photo/video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • If the order is canceled while in transit, return shipping charges may be deducted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened health & wellness products.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Discounted or clearance products (unless defective).
