1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perfumes and hygiene products cannot be returned once unsealed.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
2. Replacements
- Free replacement is available for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
- Report the issue with photo/video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the item.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If the order is canceled while in transit, return shipping charges may be deducted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened health & wellness products.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Discounted or clearance products (unless defective).
